To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Scans and Payments

The Service operates on a scan-based system:

• Guests receive 1 free scan without registration
• New users receive 1 additional free scan upon registration (2 total free scans)
• Additional scans can be purchased through our payment system
• Scans are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Scans do not expire

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or malware

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Score My Resume and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the resumes and content you upload.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our analysis will result in job interviews or employment. The feedback provided is AI-generated and should be used as guidance only.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Score My Resume be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
